Group14 named Giuliani Award Finalist

The award recognizes meaningful advances in clean energy innovation. The inaugural winner was Kenworth Trucks, presented by Governor Jay Inslee. The second winner was Myno Carbon, presented by Commissioner of Public Lands, Hilary Franz.
Future of Carbon Policy Forum – Tribal speakers announced
We have become accustomed to beginning meetings with land acknowledgements and we will certainly do that at our Future of Carbon Policy Forum on January 4th.

Do Climate Commitment Act allowance prices get passed through to the pump?
Compared to a simple pass-through assumption on allowance prices (non-consigned average $53.32 through August’s APCR auction, translating to 42 cents per gallon of gasoline), the WA vs. OR year-to-date average of 27 cents per gallon indicates around 70% pass-through. This level of pass-through is consistent with the range described in the peer-reviewed literature.
